Yearly figures. Consentify is annual billing, where two of the twelve months are free; Cookiebot is their published per-domain price across twelve, since they do not publish a per-domain annual rate. Their figures are an estimate from their advertised plans, converted from EUR. Check their site for your own numbers. Ours are our actual list price and update with it.

- 01Is it a straight replacement?
- For most sites, yes: GDPR and ePrivacy, consent handling, third-party scripts gated, consent records stored. The difference is that you configure integrations in the dashboard instead of waiting for a crawler.
- 02What happens to my consent records?
- They stay with Cookiebot and cannot be migrated. Visitors have to re-consent whenever the platform changes, so this is expected and legally normal when switching providers.
- 03Does Google Consent Mode v2 work?
- Yes. With Google Tag Manager it passes the correct signals to GA4 and Google Ads automatically.
- 04We run 30 client sites. What changes?
- The per-domain invoice goes away and the rate drops as you add sites. Seats grow with the portfolio, and every site is configured and monitored from one dashboard.
