Google Consent Mode v2 checker

Enter a domain and we load it the way a first-time visitor does, then read the consent signals your Google tags actually receive.

Have Google services but nothing showed up?

We load your site the way a brand new visitor does, and we do not click accept on anything. If your banner holds Google back until someone agrees, then nothing Google-related runs during our visit and there are no signals for us to read. That is the banner doing its job.

Basic mode (the Consentify default)

Google tags are gated behind consent like every other tracker. They do not load at all until a visitor accepts, so this checker will report that they are being held back rather than grading them.

Advanced mode

Google tags load immediately in cookieless mode, with all four signals set to denied, and switch to full behaviour once a visitor accepts. That is the setup this checker can read and grade, and it is the one Google recommends when you rely on conversion modelling.

You can switch between the two per domain in the banner editor under Google Consent Mode.
